Job Description
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Youth Mental Health Initiative.
You will deliver advanced assessments, care coordination and short-term interventions for young people aged 12 to 24, operating within a stepped model of care and collaborating with headspace and broader services.
