Mercy Health in Williams Landing and Werribee is seeking HOPE Clinicians to provide intensive outreach and individualized therapeutic care after a suicide attempt.
The role engages clients in risk assessment and safety planning, with work conducted on-site as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will deliver counselling, care coordination, strengths-based interventions, and community linkages while supporting families and recovery goals.
Part time 0.8 EFT.
