Nice Builds is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Brisbane-based team, managing 47 townhouse projects on the Northside of Brisbane.
This full-time, in office leadership role focuses on delivering quality workmanship, WHS compliance, budget monitoring, and timely handover, with regular reporting to the Project Manager.
Requirements include QBCC Licence – Construction Supervisor, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, and 5+ years as a site supervisor in high-volume
