We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product & Digital Experience team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Digital Design Lead.
n
You'll play a key role in delivering user-centred digital solutions across several business-critical initiatives, including operational and customer-focused digital programs. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, you'll help transform complex challenges into engaging, intuitive digital experiences that deliver measurable outcomes.
n
What will you be doing?
n
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead and contribute to the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research through to prototyping and delivery. You'll champion design thinking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are aligned to both customer needs and business objectives.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Design intuitive and engaging UX and UI experiences across digital products and platforms.
n
Lead discovery activities to understand customer needs, define requirements, and shape solutions.
n
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, collaborative design sessions, and ideation activities.
n
Create rapid prototypes and concepts using modern AI-assisted design tools.
n
Conduct user research, validation activities, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
n
Develop customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and other key design artefacts.
n
Contribute to,



and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and best practice.
n
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and delivery teams throughout the design lifecycle.

What will you bring?
n
n
Minimum five years' experience delivering UX/UI design solutions for digital products and platforms.
n
Strong experience across customer experience, service design, user experience, and user interface design.
n
Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research.
n
Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
n
Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and AI-assisted design platforms.
n
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
n
Experience working within Agile delivery environments and cross-functional product teams.
n
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes.
