Experienced Pool Service Technician – Port Macquarie

Location: Port Macquarie & Mid North Coast
n Employment Type: Full Time
n Hourly Rate: $31-$35 per hour

Poolwerx is an industry leading retail and service company.
n
Based in Port Macquarie on the beautiful Mid North coast, our family business operates 1 retail shop and 5 mobile pool servicing vehicles.
n To support our growth in the areas we service, we seek an honest, energetic person with some
technical/mechanical
aptitude. You will be trained in all facets of pool servicing and given the autonomy to service your allocated customer's pools and build trusting relationships.
n
The ideal person will have a relevant pool, plumbing or technical background and can conduct:
n
Preferable to have experience in the pool industry but we're happy to train the successful candidate if necessary.
n
Test and balance water using analytical equipment.
n
Manually clean residential and commercial pools and spas.
n
Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on pool equipment.
n
Able to provide the ultimate customer experience.
n
To be successful,

A clean police and driving record.
n
A commitment to secure work practices.
n
Fitness to meet the physical demands of the job including heavy lifting.
n
High self-motivation, energy and flexibility to accept fluid situations.
n
Experience interacting well with customers.
n
Ability to work within tight timelines.
n
Desire to work under minimal supervision.
n
Your physical ability to carry equipment, work in sometimes steep and exposed conditions all day should be considered very carefully.

A positive attitude and a customer service commitment is crucial to your success.
