Our client is a well-funded FinTech start up in the construction industry. The company has already raised massive series A funding and has a vision to get listed on ASX in another 3-5 years. With board comprising of few prominent experts in the industry, the company is developing an exclusive greenfield platform for the industry.

About the role
n
You will be part of rapidly expanding senior developer team that is helping put together this cutting-edge platform.
n
n
Extensive experience developing user friendly front ends for complex workflows
n
Experience with complex cloud native solution from putting together proof of concept for a workflow to coding
n
Very strong experience with Microservices, APIs and designing and developing application with microservices and third party API integrations
n
Conduct unit testing and ensure accurate implementation of requirements
n
Building highly scalable, resilient and fault tolerant cloud native applications.
n
n
Role and Responsibilities
n
n
Be Involved in performing Proof of Concepts (POCs) for upcoming solutions or developer showcasing strong technical experience shall get / will be expected to pick up such opportunities
n
Prototype and develop front end
n
Work with back end developers for seemless development, unit testing, bug fixing and post-delivery support
n
Develop application with seemless integration with backend and third party APIs
n
Perform coding and unit testing for any new enhancements and/or split and delegate activities to team.
n
Write,



capture and document Unit and integration test cases and results and providing maximum coverage to test the various scenarios in the developed application.
n
Fix and deliver code for defects/bugs found during unit
testing/integration
testing.
n
Provide support for System testing team for any queries related to the feature to be tested.
n
n
Experience/Skills
n
n
Strong product development experience and someone wants to build a great product
n
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant IT field.
n
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position to design and build highly scalable, resilient and fault tolerant cloud native applications.
n
Good technical experience using Java, Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot, Python, Restful web services.
n
Strong exposure with Database technologies such as Postgresql, MYSQL DB, Netflix OSS such as Eureka, Ribbon, Hystrix etc.
n
Solid interest in development with APIs and microservices
n
Experience with Java BPM tech stack, Camunda or Flowable highly desirable
n
Experience working in an agile environment
n
n
