Radical Systems is a Northern Territory owned and operated provider of software development and associated technology services. Our focus is on servicing the software needs of the Government and medium-to-large enterprise sector.

The Role
n
RadicalSystems requires experienced business analysts with experience in many of the following areas:
n
n
planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops
n
analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements
n
managing requirements traceability
n
supporting a team of software developers throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying and communicating requirements, and filling knowledge gaps
n
evaluating off the shelf solutions for their ability to meet client requirements
n
working with test analysts to develop test scenarios from requirements.

To join our team, you will have many or all of the following attributes:
n
n
an appreciation of the processes involved in developing and/or implementing business systems
n
robust aptitude and demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail
n
great written and verbal communication
n




experience working closely with software developers and/or other business system implementation project team members
n
comfort working in both waterfall and agile projects
n
IIBA or other business analysis certifications
n
a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
