Role Purpose
n
Reporting to the Student Placement Manager at the Melbourne branchyou will be responsible for providingstudent placement support and visa guidance to AECC Global international students for the Indian sub-continent studentmarkethere in Australia
n
What Does This Prospect Mean for You
n
We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.
n
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
n
n
Deliver high quality customer service/experience by understanding and meeting students' needs
n
Focus on growing the IndianSubcontinent student market
n
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to student queries and guiding them on their study and visa needs.
n
Achieve individual student placement target by applying effective sales conversion techniques
n
Tracking and managing lead (enquiries)



and student life cycle pipeline on company Customer Relationship Management platform
n
Increase referrals from existing students and other student communities/events
n
Engagement activitieswith education institution representatives
n
Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
n
Other related tasks as required by the business
n

Skills and Attributes Required
n
This role is heavily customer and sales focused in the International Education sector. You will be required to have thefollowing experience/skills:
n
n
Fluent in any one regional language either-
Hindi/Punjabi/Gujarati/Telegu
etc and English. Additional fluency in other regional languages will be highly preferred
n
A minimumof 1-2 years experience in the International Education Industry
n
QEAC Certified candidates would be preferred
n
Valid Australian visa with full time work rights (An active 485 visa or Permanent Residents only)
n
Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment
n
Understand the needs of international students
n
Proven track record of strong sales achievement
n
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
n
Demonstrated team player
n
Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms
n
n
Other Information
n
Candidates who have prior education counselling experience will be highly regarded.
n
