About the Role
n
As Assistant Principal, you will lead teaching excellence, foster staff development, and build a strong school community.



You will need excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
n
Requirements of the role
n
n
postgraduate or Master's in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or Education
n
ability to drive a high-performance, improvement-focused school culture
n
able to lead with Gospel values and contribute to the Church's mission
n
experienced in overseeing staff induction, development, and performance
n
promotes religious leadership and parish partnerships
n
an exemplary classroom practitioner with the ability to model and lead effective teaching and learning strategies
n
skilled at strengthening school and system-wide networks
n
the requirements of (Category E) in the Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach and Lead or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term
n
experience leading school-wide Positive Behaviours for Learning practices.
