n
You are customer focused, take pride in getting things right, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

What you'll do

Install, commission, and service Soniclean ultrasonic cleaning systems at customer sites across the region

Give customers transparent, practical guidance on how to operate and care for their equipment
n
Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and support long-term product reliability
n

A certificate or diploma in electronics, biomedical engineering technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
n
Confidence reading technical drawings, service manuals, and schematics
n
A solid grasp of safety standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices and clinical equipment

Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with basic computer applications for reporting
n
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region
n
Full Australian working rights.
