About the Role

We are seeking
experiencedPersonal
Care Workersto provide caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality support across the Sutherland Shire area.
n

Typical visits range from2–6 hours
n
Mix ofweekday shiftsandsome weekend availability required
n
Flexible casual opportunities available
n
Must be living near the Sutherland Shire, NSW
n
n
In This Role, You Will:
n
n




Provide personal care with dignity and respect
n
Offer social support and companionship
n
Assist with meal preparation
n
Prompt and assist with medications
n
Perform domestic assistance
n
Transport clients to appointments and shopping
n
Develop and follow personalised support plans with clients
n
Encourage independence and improve overall wellbeing
n
n
Must Haves
n
n
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Community Services, Aged Care, and/or Disability Services
n
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
n
Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Authorised to work in Australia
n
Living locally to the Sutherland Shire area
n

Availability for morning and mid-morning weekday shifts
