Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Adelaide North Playford team in SA. In Residential Aged Care and community settings, you will deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs focused on mobility, function and goal attainment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including AHAs, nurses and carers.
