Job Description
The Eye Brand in Sydney seeks a seasoned Guest Excellence Manager to lead all guest-facing operations at Sydney Tower Eye, ensuring protected, seamless and world-class visitor experiences.
You will supervise Admissions, Ticketing, VR, Security, Skywalk, and Guest Experience, drive service standards, and develop high-performing teams across front-of-house functions.
This role reports to the General Manager and requires a strong track record in hospitality leadership.
