Mitre 10 in Maitland is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store.
This permanent full-time role reports to the Group Operations Manager and drives sales, performance, and a high-performing team culture delivering outstanding customer service.
As hands-on leader you will coach staff, manage wages, stock flow, presentation and costs, ensuring the right product mix and compliance.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm.
