We're looking for a reliable, animal-loving house/pet sitter to stay at our beautiful 150-acre rainforest property in the Whitsundays while we're away from
28 September to 7 October

We're tucked away in
Palm Grove, around 25 minutes south of Airlie Beach, 20 minutes from Proserpine and only 5 minutes from Cedar Creek Falls
.
It's a peaceful, private spot surrounded by rainforest, creeks, wildlife and plenty of space – a lovely place to spend a week or so if you enjoy nature and don't mind being a little off the beaten track.
The main character you'll be looking after is
Diesel, our Maremma
.
He's a beautiful big boy who loves company and would especially appreciate
a walk each day
.
We also have:
21 chickens
to feed, water and collect eggs from
3 goats
, who are very low-maintenance and mostly do their own thing
A small
veggie patch that needs watering
A few basic property checks while we're away
We don't have our house built...
