As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll gain exposure to design, procurement, construction, commissioning and client interfaces, providing broader project experience and greater influence over project outcomes than traditional delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of electrical services packages from design and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover.
Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors to achieve safety, quality, commercial and programme objectives.
Drive technical coordination of HV/LV systems, generators, UPS, switchboards and critical power infrastructure.
Coordinate interfaces across mechanical, electrical, controls, ICT, BMS, fire and commissioning disciplines.
Review designs, identify constructability opportunities and mitigate project risks.
Monitor project performance and contribute to schedule, cost, quality and reporting outcomes.
Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants,



subcontractors and project stakeholders.
You'll bring:
Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer supporting data centres, healthcare, defence, or other complex commercial building projects.
Strong understanding of critical electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators and switchgear.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple stakeholder interfaces.
Strong communication, planning, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
