I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for a senior Enterprise Architect to join a large, complex organisation and play a key role in shaping its future technology landscape.
This is a genuine enterprise-level architecture position – you'll be working across business and technology, helping translate strategic objectives into practical technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.
What you'll be doing
Lead and evolve the Enterprise Architecture function, frameworks and standards
Define target-state architectures, reference architectures, blueprints and technology roadmaps
Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture
Provide architectural direction and oversight across major enterprise initiatives
Guide Solution Architects and ensure solutions align with the broader enterprise direction
Identify gaps, risks and opportunities across the technology environment
Influence technology selection, architectural standards and governance
Bring a pragmatic, up-to-date approach to Enterprise Architecture and technology transformation
What we're looking for
5+ years' experience as an Enterprise Architect
Experience within a large, complex organisation




Strong background in Solution Architecture and enterprise-scale technology delivery
Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and non-technical stakeholders
Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies
Strong understanding of architecture governance, roadmaps, standards and target-state design
Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills
