Dyson is seeking a Returns & Refurbishment Team Leader to manage daily operations of Australia's reverse logistics stream.
You will lead a hands-on team to efficiently process, inspect, and adjudicate returned Dyson machines, prioritising rapid turnarounds for genuine exchanges and refunds while upholding safety and policy standards.
Responsibilities include directing stock segregation, refurbishment scheduling, cost control, and ensuring high-quality outputs across the ANZ service plants.
