WSP's Earth & Environment team is seeking an experienced Civil / Geotechnical Engineer to join our Melbourne-based geo-environmental team, delivering complex projects across dams, mining, water, waste and infrastructure.
As an Experienced Civil / Geotechnical Engineer, you will:
Deliver geotechnical and geo-environmental projects
Prepare technical reports, specifications and drawings
Manage project delivery, risks, budgets and schedules
Undertake desktop and field investigations
Mentor junior engineers
Support proposals and client engagement
Champion Safety in Design and OneWSP collaboration
What you will bring:
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
4+ years relevant experience
Experience in dams, embankments,



earthworks, geosynthetics or water management
Chartered status preferred or progressing toward chartership
Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills
