We currently have an excellentopportunity for an inspiring and experienced Chef to lead our Kitchen Team with one of our leadingCorporate Clients Ernst & Young (EY).
We are looking for someone withenergy, drive and commitment who can bring passion to the role and drivesignificant operational change to take our teams to the next level.
If you are committed to providing class leadingexperiences, have an excellent understanding of the delivery of exceptionalclient services and how food plays a significant role,then we want to hear from you.
You will need to be driven,engaging and inspiring, have great communication skills and be highly self-motivated.

About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience
You are a 'foodie' – you understand the importanceof 'food as medicine' in the workplace and have a track record of successfullyrunning kitchen operations, developing inspiring menus and creating memorableculinary experiences




You know how to createexcellent client experiences – you can demonstrate your ability to really make an impact
You want to have positiveinteractions with all clients – it's part of your DNA
You have proven leadership credentials including the abilityto inspire and engage your teams, drive positive change and lead from the front – your teamknow who you are, what you expect and count on your guidance and support
You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever-changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure – you'vegot a proven record of leading change and never lose your cool
You've got a passion for service delivery– you can see aroundcorners and teach your teams to do the same
You're willing to take risks, open to learning newskills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams' actions –your achievements speak for themselves and you pride yourself on alwayschallenging the status quo
You're open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourselfon your integrity – you know how to talk to people and can give examples of theways in which you can deliver your message
