An exciting opportunity exists for a creative and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager to join a dynamic consumer goods business with a diverse product portfolio across hard goods, apparel, homewares and gifting.

The Role
Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role supports product development, brand planning and execution across multiple categories.
The role works closely with internal teams, suppliers, licensors and retail partners to ensure products are delivered to market with accuracy, creativity and commercial impact.
The purpose of the role is to help develop and maintain a diverse, marketable product range for retailers, inline with Licensed brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee product development from concept through to finished product
Assist with sales analysis, forecasting and annual brand planning
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain stock control, including ordering and product set‐ups
Build and manage product and retailer specification catalogues




Prepare PowerPoint presentations for retail and brand partners
Manage AP21 tasks including product set‐up, pricing, purchase orders and production orders
Maintain website product information and imagery
Coordinate PO attachments, product specifications and shipping details
Prepare costing sheets and creative briefs
Liaise with licensors, agencies, suppliers and internal departments
Support showroom merchandising, exhibitions and planogram preparation
Manage WIP rooms and catalogue samples, ensuring accessibility and organisation
Maintain showroom samples showcasing best practice and hero items
Skills & Experience
3–5 years' experience in product development, buying or marketing/brand management with development
Experience across hard goods, apparel, homewares or gifting categories
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced setting
Proficiency in AP21, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
