Provide operational leadership and management of Children's Contact Services (CCS) and Family and Relationship Services (FaRS)
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, compliant and client-centred services
Lead and support a skilled team serving children, families and carers
Oversee intake, assessment, case allocation, appointments, waitlists, rosters, case planning and court-related reporting
Provide operational and reflective supervision
Build a positive team culture
Support staff recruitment, induction, performance and development
Drive quality, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement
Build partnerships with courts, legal representatives, community services and sector networks
Requirements
Experience in family, child and community services
Ability to support high-performing teams delivering safe, child-focused and client-centred services
Solid supervision, communication, stakeholder engagement and operational management skills
Sound knowledge of risk assessment, case management, compliance and quality improvement
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services or a related discipline are highly desirable
Experience in court-related services,

Successful completion of the Family Life Safety Screening process
Demonstrates expertise in operational leadership within Children's Contact Services and Family and Relationship Services, focusing on compliance, quality improvement, and team development.
