About the Role
We are looking for a Full-time Site Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at St Margaret's Anglican Girls School in Ascot.
This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for supervising and supporting a team of approximately 20 cleaning staff across both day and night operations, while ensuring consistently high standards of cleaning, safety and service delivery.
The roster is Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm during school terms, with day shifts required during school holidays to support scheduled periodic cleaning works.
You will take ownership of the day‐to‐day cleaning operation, including coordinating and training the cleaning team, monitoring performance, conducting quality inspections and maintaining strong communication with Quayclean management and the client.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, training and supervising a cleaning team of approximately 20 employees across day and night operations
Coordinating daily cleaning duties and ensuring work is completed in line with the contract scope and cleaning schedules
Working hands‐on alongside the team and assisting with cleaning duties where required
Monitoring team attendance, performance and completion of assigned tasks
Coordinating periodic cleaning works during school holiday periods




Conducting regular quality inspections and promptly addressing any areas that do not meet required standards
Providing ongoing training, coaching and support to new and existing team members
Conducting regular toolbox talks and ensuring the team follows safety, PPE and hygiene requirements
Monitoring cleaning equipment, consumables and stock levels and ensuring equipment is appropriately maintained
Maintaining strong communication with the client, site representatives and Quayclean management
Completing required site reports, quality and safety audits, checklists and operational documentation
What You'll Bring
Previous cleaning experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience highly regarded
Confidence leading, training and motivating a team in a busy operational environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A hands‐on approach and willingness to assist with cleaning duties when required
Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate a large team across different shifts
A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of the wider Quayclean team
