Taronga Zoo Sydney is looking for an organised and motivated Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Work Health and Safety team!
This is a unique chance to coordinate a broad range of occupational health activities that support the health, wellbeing and recovery of our people.
The role is responsible for coordinating injury management and return to work processes, health surveillance and monitoring programs, and wellbeing initiatives across our diverse workforce.

This is a unique opportunity to coordinate a broad range of occupational health activities that support the health, wellbeing and recovery of our people.
The role has a strong focus on injury management, return to work coordination, health surveillance and health monitoring programs, while also supporting a range of wellbeing initiatives across our diverse workforce.
Coordinate injury management and return to work activities to support positive recovery outcomes for employees.
Manage health surveillance and health monitoring programs, including scheduling, record management and stakeholder coordination.
Support the delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives that promote physical and psychological wellbeing across the organisation.
Assist with psychosocial risk management activities and wellbeing programs.
Maintain accurate health, wellbeing and injury management records, reports and systems.
Work closely with employees, leaders, health professionals and external providers to support a range of health and wellbeing activities.
About You...
We are looking for candidates that have:
Experience coordinating health, wellbeing, injury management, rehabilitation, return to work or similar programs.
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with employees, leaders and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and experience working with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience in workers compensation, return to work, health and wellbeing, rehabilitation, human resources, allied health or a related field will be highly regarded.
