Are you compassionate and people-focused, with a passion for creating a safe and welcoming home away from home for guests accessing medical care?
As an Accommodation Worker, you'll support guests travelling from rural and remote communities to access medical treatment.
You'll play an significant role in the day-to-day operation of the service, assisting with guest bookings, check-ins and check-outs, accommodation administration, and practical support across the facility.
Working across a rotating roster that includes night shifts and sleepovers, you'll help ensure guests have a positive and comfortable experience while staying away from home.

You'll be a great fit if you:
have experience in accommodation, hospitality, customer service, administration or a similar role
have strong communication and interpersonal skills
are organised and have strong attention to detail
can work independently and as part of a team
have a respectful and inclusive approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds
can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
are available to work a rotating roster, including night shifts, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays
hold a current driver's licence, First Aid and CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate, or are willing to obtain them
Desirable:
Experience using booking or reservation systems
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Food Safety Certificate
