The Salvation Army in Bundaberg is seeking a compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our casual team.
You will provide practical, emotional and crisis support to young people experiencing homelessness, disadvantage and complex life circumstances within a secure 24/7 residential environment.
You'll build respectful relationships, support independence and life skills, and assist with implementing support plans and goals to help young people achieve positive outcomes in their lives.
