Manage and lead established local hospitality venues across Brisbane's northern suburbs and the Moreton Bay region

Lead, develop and motivate venue teams

Oversee operations across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable

Drive venue performance and KPIs

Deliver great customer experiences

Apply hospitality leadership experience across Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager opportunities

Requirements
n
n
Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality workplace
n
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
n
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
n
