The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a hands-on Supervisor Landfill to lead daily operations, safety and crew performance on site. You will operate heavy plant when needed, coordinate staff and drive practical improvements across the Waste Services team.

With a Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent and proven supervisory experience in landfills or similar, you'll manage waste movements, environmental controls and staff development in a busy operational workplace.
