The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant,you'llbe a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.
n
In this role,you'llprovide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
n
Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue - delivery of food and
drinks,maintainingservice
areas and opening and closing duties
n
Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront
n
Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S; policies and guidelines are followed.
n
Key Selection Criteria:
n
Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Hold a current valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
n
Minimum 1-
yearpreviousexperience
in a fine dining,



fast paced restaurant or bar is preferred
n
Availabilityto work Full Timeacross arotating roster including late nights,weekendsand other peak periods
n
Available to work across the Christmas and/or New Year period.
n
Well‐groomed with professional presentation.
n
