We are seeking a passionate Retail Qualified to join our team and open a brand new Concept Store in Rouse Hill, NSW on a CASUAL basis.

Key responsibilities:

Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
n
Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations in a fast-paced selling environment.
n




The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
n
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
n
Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
n

Requirements:
n
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
