Job Description
Alcon in Melbourne is seeking a Reliability and Test Engineer to drive environmental testing, reliability characterization, and V&V; activities that improve product design for manufacturability and long-term reliability. You will own test protocols, run tests to schedule, apply RCA and FMEA to identify failure patterns, and coordinate with external test houses to ensure regulatory compliance.
