Job Description

Provide dedicated legal and administrative support to the Partner and wider team.
n
Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and general practice coordination.
n
Prepare, format, amend, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
n
Assist with court documentation, filing requirements, and litigation processes.
n
Maintain files and ensure accurate matter management across all cases.
n
Liaise with clients, barristers, medical experts, and other stakeholders.
n
Coordinate key documents, briefs, and records for ongoing matters.
n
Support billing and general administrative functions as required.
n
Assist across a range of insurance litigation and toxic tort matters.
n
Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the practice.
n
n
The Successful Applicant
n
n
2-3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant.
n
Solid interest in litigation and personal injury-related matters.




n
Excellent administrative, organisational, and matter management skills.
n
Confidence managing sensitive and often complex client matters.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
n
Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
n
Comfortable working in a growing and evolving practice area.
n
Available to work full-time in the office.
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
Experience in insurance litigation.
n
Exposure to toxic torts, dust disease, asbestos, silicosis, or workplace injury matters.
n
Experience working on either the plaintiff or defendant side.
n
Understanding of litigation processes, court documents, and legal procedures.
n

Salary package of $80,000 - $90,000.
