As a Manager at Bentleys SA/NT, you move beyond technical delivery into a true leadership role - developing people, building trusted client relationships, and driving meaningful impact across the firm.

We are a well-established, highly regarded and progressive mid-tier accounting firm. Due to continued growth and our strong reputation in the market, we're looking for a Manager to join our high-performing Business Services team.

About the role

As part of our leadership team, you will:

Deliver strategic advice and tailored solutions across a diverse client base
n
Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
n
Work on complex, varied work where no two days are the same

What you'll be doing
n
n
Manage your own portfolio, delivering tailored tax and business advisory solutions
n
Review complex financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
n
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through all stages of the business lifecycle
n
Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential
n
Drive workflow, quality, and team performance outcomes
n
n
What sets you apart

CA or CPA qualified
n
5+ years' experience in public practice
n
Proven leadership and mentoring capability
n
Strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
