What You'll Be Working On

As our Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store's success; your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring your team to achieve sales targets and help develop a high-performance culture.

Using your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, NPS, engagement, ATV and strike rates.

Taking ownership of the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a positive team culture and sales focus balance.

Overseeing day-to-day operations, including rostering and financial performance

Championing a safety-first mindset culture, empowering your team to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
