Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider offering high‐quality education across Australia. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join the Busy Bees team at New Lambton.

What you'll do
n

Lead the planning and implementation of a high‐quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
n
Inspire and mentor educators within your room.
n
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
n
Build strong collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
n
Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‐based experiences.
n

What you'll bring
n
n
A genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
n
Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for NSW.
n
Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning environment.
n




Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
n
A collaborative and supportive leadership style.
