Lead Electrical Site Supervisor - Intelligent Transport Systems Embedded Expertise Melbourne, VIC, AU

Reporting to the Construction Manager- ITS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day site activities and meeting project milestones
n
Main Responsibilities:
n
n
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
n
Supervise employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with project and statutory requirements, standards, and codes.
n
Manage the placement of materials, plant, and equipment required for site works.
n
Report on work progress, delays, issues, and incidents.
n
Review and contribute to HSEQ documentation and design.
n
Travel to various work fronts as required and directed.
n
Actively promote and support Project Environmental, QA, OH&S;, and Company policies.
n




Ensure compliance with all Safety Rules and Procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
n
Monitor and report on contractor performance, providing advice and direction to meet performance objectives.
n

Experience:
n
n
Highly regarded: Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and site supervision.
n
Beneficial: Experience in transport, roads, major infrastructure, and construction.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Preferred but not required: Electrician's (A Grade) licence.
n
Preferred but not required: Electrical engineering degree or related qualification.
n
n
