Culture and Employee Experience Lead – Australia & New Zealand

The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Culture and Employee Experience Lead to join our thriving ANZ team. You'll develop and deliver culture, inclusion and belonging strategies that influence major business decisions and secure critical client contracts across the region.
Utilising JLL's advanced approach aligned with our Accelerate **** commitment, you'll deliver data-driven insights and programs that surpass traditional workplace culture methods, creating superior value for our clients, employees and communities.
Core Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (Senior Executive Committees, HR & BRG community APAC Regional Leaders etc ) and become their trusted culture and employee experience advisor
Deliver precise, strategic culture and employee experience programs aligned to global and ANZ People Strategy
Conduct culture assessments and create comprehensive initiatives that exceed industry standards
Monitor culture and employee experience best practices, benchmarks, research and market activity
Utilise metrics and reporting to enhance culture delivery and drive continuous improvement
Contribute to development of culture and employee experience methodologies across ANZ
Share market intelligence across our collaborative global network
Maintain professional expertise through ongoing education and industry engagement
Lead National and State BRG Leads and wider BRG community to represent JLL within local communities, industry partners and clients
Develop and implement JLL's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) while championing Indigenous culture initiatives, Veteran Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility programs
Deliver external client-facing engagement initiatives to win and maintain government and corporate contracts across all business lines
Represent JLL ANZ in global culture forums and client partnerships including the Property Industry's Champions of Change
Coordinate culture and employee experience events nationally, collaborating with Marketing to maximise exposure
Partner with HR to embed culture priorities across the full employee lifecycle and ensure policies reflect market best practice
Drive completion of regulatory requirements including WGEA reporting, GPTW accreditation and AWEI action plans
Identify and lead initiatives that showcase JLL's commitment to its people and culture within the community
Your Profile:
Significant experience in championing and delivering culture, engagement and employee experience programs in a similar HR or culture leadership role
Strong understanding of culture and employee experience best practice and current trends in ANZ and/or other geographies
Experience leading successful culture change projects in large, complex, and matrixed global organisations within ANZ
Analytical skills for managing multiple projects, stakeholders and initiatives with commitment to delivering outcomes
Attention to detail and commitment to meeting regulatory reporting requirements
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Smartsheet an advantage) and ability to quickly master new and advanced systems
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with presentation and public speaking proficiency
Confidence engaging with government and corporate clients, industry partners and diverse stakeholders at all levels
Gravitas to liaise at Industry level to assist in winning and maintaining contracts
Strategic mindset: outcome focused, creative, and natural problem solver
Strong influencing and leadership skills with track record of implementing strategy and working with others to achieve objectives
Ability to exercise effective judgement and sensitivity while maintaining strict confidentiality
Personal values grounded in respect and integrity with track record as champion of positive culture change
Understanding of employment legislation, workplace culture challenges and cultural nuances between countries and regions
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or similar field, is preferred
