At the Cronulla Sharks, our members and fans are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a passionate and driven Membership Coordinator to join our Membership team and play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for Sharks members and fans.
n
This is an opportunity to work behind the scenes of a qualified sporting club, helping bring membership programs, game days, fan events and member experiences to life across the NRL and NRLW seasons.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Membership, Data & CRM Manager, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day delivery of the Sharks' membership experience, with a strong focus on game days, fan engagement and membership sales and servicing.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing day-to-day membership and customer enquiries, including being an escalation point for the wider membership and customer service teams
n
Supporting membership sales, renewals and servicing programs throughout the year
n
Helping deliver member and fan events, including player appearances and game day activations
n
Supporting loyalty, nurture and fan engagement programs
n
Working with the team to develop new ways to attract and engage fans across NRL and NRLW match days
n
Supporting Membership and Ticketing initiatives, sales campaigns and customer experience strategies
n
Supporting the delivery of membership and ticketing KPIs, including retention, sales and member satisfaction
n

About You




n
We're looking for someone who is passionate about sport, confident working with people and motivated by creating great experiences for fans.
n
To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
Experience in membership, ticketing, customer experience, sales or a similar role
n
A genuine passion for sport and an understanding of what makes being a fan special
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a wide range of people
n
A customer-first mindset and the ability to understand needs and find practical solutions
n
A proactive, outcome-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously
n
A natural ability to solve problems, take ownership and get things done
n
Confidence working with membership or ticketing systems; experience with Ticketek Webpos, Ticketmaster Archtics or similar systems will be highly regarded
n
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including game days, events and other Club activities
n
