Excellent Southern Bank is seeking a part-time Contact Centre Specialist based in South Yarra, VIC to be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and deliver exceptional service while learning banking products.

You will promote services, meet KPIs, and adapt to a rotating roster Monday–Friday 8am–7pm and Saturday 8am–4pm, with flexible work-from-home two days a week and coaching support to grow.
