n Are you compassionate and people-focused, with a passion for creating a safe and welcoming home away from home for guests accessing medical care?
n
As an Accommodation Worker, you'll support guests travelling from rural and remote communities to access medical treatment. You'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the service, assisting with guest bookings, check-ins and check-outs, accommodation administration, and practical support across the facility.
n
Working across a rotating roster that includes night shifts and sleepovers, you'll help ensure guests have a positive and comfortable experience while staying away from home.
n

You'll be a outstanding fit if you:

n
have experience in accommodation, hospitality, customer service, administration or a similar role
n
have strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
are organised and have strong attention to detail
n
can work independently and as part of a team
n
have a respectful and inclusive approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds
n
can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
n
are available to work a rotating roster, including night shifts, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays
n
hold a current driver's licence, First Aid and CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate, or are willing to obtain them
n

Desirable:

Experience using booking or reservation systems
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
