Job Description

Deliver high-quality clinical teaching and supervision to medical students in their Child and Adolescent Health rotation
n
Provide mentoring and feedback supporting students' professional growth and clinical learning
n
Contribute to assessment design, review and implementation for paediatric curriculum components
n
Assist with curriculum development and continuous improvement of the Child and Adolescent Health program
n
Engage in academic and professional development activities
n
Contribute to the Department of Paediatrics' academic goals
n

Requirements
n
n
Current medical registration in Australia or eligibility for Australian medical registration
n
RACP Paediatric Advanced Trainee status post-exams, or completed FRACP or equivalent training
n
Demonstrated experience working in clinical paediatrics practice environments
n
Commitment to developing professional capabilities and evidence-informed teaching skills
n
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
n
Ability to collaborate effectively in teaching teams
n

n
