About the Role:

We are looking for an ICT Account Manager to manage relationships with existing technology clients and identify opportunities to grow those accounts. Full-time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of technology clients
n
Identify client needs and propose suitable ICT products and services
n
Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and account plans
n
Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
n
Track sales performance and report to management on account health
n
Ensure client retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICT account management or sales role
n
In-depth knowledge of ICT products and services (hardware, software, or managed services)
n
Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
n
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
n
