AUD$79,500+ base negotiable (plus 12% Superannuation)

Job Requirements and Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and creating a welcoming setting for both customers and employees.

Key responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
n
Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and service staff
n
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any issues or complaints
n
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
n
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and sales performance
n
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety regulations
n
Develop staff rosters and manage payroll inputs
n
Implement procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency
n
Support marketing and promotional activities where required
n

Relevant qualifications and proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
n
Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
Good understanding of food safety, compliance, and business operations
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
