As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise networking projects while providing Level 3 technical support across diverse customer environments. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, upgrading, and troubleshooting critical network infrastructure, including routing, switching, security, and firewall technologies. Working alongside project teams, architects, and operational stakeholders, you will help drive successful network modernization initiatives, migrations, and security improvements. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Fortinet and Cisco technologies and be comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
n
Deliver network upgrade, migration, and transformation projects across multiple customer environments.
n
Configure and maintain Fortinet firewall solutions and network security platforms.
n
Deploy and support Cisco routing and switching technologies.
n
Troubleshoot complex network, connectivity, and security-related issues.
n
Provide Level 3 technical support and escalation management.
n
Perform network assessments, health checks, and performance optimization activities.
n
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines.
n
Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
n
Ensure network environments adhere to security, compliance, and best-practice standards.
n
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers where required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
n
n
Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and security technologies.
n
Extensive Cisco networking experience covering enterprise routing and switching.
n




Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
n
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network security fundamentals.
n
Demonstrated experience with network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
n
Experience delivering network migration, upgrade, and implementation projects.
n
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple technical priorities.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience providing Level 3 technical support in enterprise environments.
n
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Palo Alto firewall experience.
n
Fortinet NSE or equivalent security certifications.
n
Cisco CCNP or higher-level networking certifications.

Experience with SD-WAN technologies and modern network architectures.
