The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Director to join the leadership team and support the Centre Director in daily operations, team development, and family engagement.
You'll play a key role in:
Coaching and supporting educators
Upholding high standards of practice in line with the EYLF and NQS
Building strong, trusting relationships with families
Creating a positive team culture




Supporting program quality and continuous improvement

The Ideal Applicant
You will bring:
A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
Leadership experience in a long-day-care setting
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence
Required certifications
Current First Aid
Working With Children Check (SA)
