Beca is seeking a Dams Lead to drive growth and technical excellence across dam projects in Australia, Current Zealand and the Pacific. You will lead design, construction, operations, risk assessments and dam safety reviews, while building strong client partnerships and mentoring engineers.

Ideal candidates are Chartered or near chartered with a
civil/environmental
engineering background and extensive consulting experience in water resources and dam projects.
