planning, leave governance

workforce mix management.

and recommendationson workforce risks, leave
trends,utilisation,
rostereffectivenessandproductivityopportunities,
while partnering with workforce specialists to support
compliant,sustainableand
operationally effective plans.

Develop workforce plans, roster strategies and staffing models aligned to forecast demand,
servicerequirementsand
operational priorities.
n
Design andmaintainmaster rosters, shift patterns and workforce structures that balance customer demand,
employeeexperienceand
cost outcomes.
n
Manage workforce availability, leave governance and capacity
frameworks,monitoringrisksandrecommendingactions
tomaintainservice performance.
n
Develop contingency and surge plans while ensuring workforce plans,



schedules and rostering practicescomply withawards,
legislation,policiesand
WFM requirements.
n
Monitor overtime, workforce
compliance,planningcontrolsand
system configuration tomaintainroster integrity andsupport effective operational and financial outcomes.
n
Partner with Operations leaders and the Workforce Management team toprovidepractical workforce planning advice,insightsand recommendations.
n
Identifyopportunities
to improve
workforceutilisation,
roster
effectiveness,flexibilityand
workforce planning practices.
n
Support operational and strategic workforce initiatives that improve planning maturity, servicedeliveryand workforce performance.
n
n
To be considered for this role you will have:
n
n
Experience in workforce planning in a complex multi-site, multi-channel operational environment.
n
Strong understanding of workforce planning principles,
schedulingmethodologiesand
workforceoptimisationpractices.
n
Understandingofworkforce
planning concepts including shrinkage,
adherence,coverageand
interval staffing.
n
Experience balancing workforce supply, demand,
serviceoutcomesandlabourcosts.
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability
toidentifyworkforce
risks and recommend practical workforce planning solutions.
n
Experience translating workforce forecasts into workforce plans,
rosterstrategiesand
staffing requirements.




n
Understandingofperformance
metrics, workloaddriversand operational planning.
n
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, workforce
complianceobligationsand
award-based rostering environments.
n
