About the Role
n
An prospect is available for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to take ownership of a diverse range of corporate, commercial and property matters.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leading and managing complex transactions and partnering with clients to deliver strategic, business-focused outcomes. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in advising a broad client base and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing complex commercial, corporate and property transactions
n
Advising on M&A;, joint ventures, strategic alliances and partnerships
n
Assisting clients with corporate governance,
shareholding structures and shareholder matters
n
Providing advice on funding arrangements, restructures and regulatory compliance
n
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and transaction documents
n
Working closely with the Director to deliver commercially practical legal solutions
n
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, internal systems and team collaboration
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
n
n
A tertiary qualification in Law
n
2+ years PQE
n
Proven experience across commercial and property law matters (non-litigation)
n
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
n
The ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a team-focused environment
n
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and client expectations
n
A proactive mindset and genuine commitment to continued professional development
n
