Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

Arranging social activities and community access
n




Providing companionship, friendship and community access
n
Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
n
Willing to travel to Kellyville
n
Female applicant
n
Current Driver's License (Medium to Large SUV)
n
Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
n
Has a valid Police Check
n
n
MUST HAVE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE IN HOIST AND BOWEL CARE.
