Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a global not-for-profit organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices in a high volume environment as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates.
n
Coordinate police and background checks for successful candidates.
n
Partner with hiring managers to identify and assess candidates.
n
Utilise Workday to manage the recruitment process.
n
Source and recruit top talent for a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
n
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
n
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
n
Negotiate and extend offers of employment.
n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
n
3+ years experience in high volume talent acquisition or recruitment.
n
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
n
Experience using Workday.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
